Cooper to have scan on groin injury

Liam Cooper will have a scan on the groin injury that forced him off in the first half at Preston today.

Cooper, who returned to the starting line-up at Deepdale after missing the Blackburn game due to an allergic reaction, had to leave the field five minutes before half time and was replaced by Sean Fusire.

Henrik Pedersen confirmed the player will have the scan tomorrow to hopefully find out the level of seriousness of the injury.
